The Sigma Trust is seeking an inspirational and outstanding Deputy Headteacher Pastoral who will oversee student behaviour, welfare and safeguarding across Sigma Trust schools. Working with Headteachers and Senior Leadership Teams, you will lead pastoral strategies and champion a safe, inclusive school culture to help every student and staff member succeed.
As a central Trust position, you may be deployed to an individual school initially.
