A leading commercial vehicle dealership is seeking a Truck Sales Executive based in Coventry. The role involves maximizing sales opportunities for Iveco trucks, managing the sales process, and building relationships with customers. Candidates should have prior truck sales experience and strong communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 plus uncapped commission and various employee benefits, including a healthcare scheme and increased holiday entitlement.

Maximise every opportunity to sell our full range of Iveco commercial trucks
Generate and convert new business leads across your sales territory
Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to vehicle handover
Build long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
Manage customer interactions and maintain regular updates
Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
Provide expert knowledge on funding packages and aftersales support
Previous truck or commercial vehicle sales experience is highly advantageous
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
A target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving results
Confident communication skills in person and over the phone
Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organised, self-motivated, and adaptable
A full UK driving licence (HGV licence a bonus)
