You will drive solo on NE/ KS/ MO/ OK routes with home time regional, sleeper tractor, 53' dry van or reefer. Pay includes weekly miles, stops, and multiple bonuses; training is provided and 24/7 support is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check (last 3 years).
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass Ryder road test.
• Provide valid CDL and endorsements.
• 9 months experience in last 3 years; 2 years in last 5; 5 years in last 10.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Federal/State laws and Ryder standards.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight or assist as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You might be wondering what your paycheck will look like - $1650 or more per week - And it gets better

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Solo Miles Pay:$0.59 per (Mon -Fri) Mile with 1600 - 1800 miles per week
• Weekend Premium Pay:$0.65 per mile when working Saturday or Sunday
• Weekend Premium Pay: $0.70 per mile when working both Saturday and Sunday
• Solo Stops Pay:$25.00 per Stop with 8 - 10 stops per week
• Sign-on Bonus: $1100 at 30 days and $1100 at 90 days
• Loyalty Bonus: $1000 at 6 months and $1000 at 1 year
• Safety Bonus: Up to $300 a Quarter
• Paid Training
• Start Time: Mainly late afternoon to late night dispatch times
• 24/7 operations — 5 Day work week with 2 consecutive days off

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age

• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years,
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years,
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Performs other duties as assigned
