Truck Driver

Location: Surrey, BC V3S 7V6 on site. Employment Type: Permanent, full time. Schedule: 30 to 50 hours per week, flexible hours, starts ASAP.

Salary: $29.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods.
• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
• Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
• Perform brake adjustments.
• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle.
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
• Tarp and ensure safety and security of cargo.

• Experience: Any experience is an asset.
• Licenses & Certifications: Air Brakes Endorsement, Class 1/1F/A Licence for semi trailer trucks.
