  • Liaise with patients, hospitals, and medical staff across the globe to ensure the correct and appropriate treatment is being given.
  • Complete accurate and focussed reviews and reports.
  • Deal with all calls in confidence and in an empathetic manner.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years post‑registration experience.
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Empathy and a desire to enhance the patient journey.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • IT competency.

About the Role

Looking for a unique and challenging role in the world of medical assistance? Is it time to utilise all of your current skills and learn new ones? You will be responsible for the triage of all new patient cases from around the world together with sourcing in‑patient beds for repatriated patients whether on a medically escorted commercial flight or by air ambulance. You will assist with coordination with overseas and receiving treating teams. You will gain knowledge of the world of insurance medicine working alongside both medical and non‑medical colleagues. The role offers a hybrid working model with a full in‑office training program followed by mentored supervision. We are a team of over 30 doctors and nurses working together to obtain the best outcome for our patients.
