Job summary

Network Plus Group is seeking dedicated Pipe Lining Operatives, charge hands and foremen to join site crews delivering trenchless pipe rehabilitation nationwide. You will support installation of CIPP, liner systems, and UV/water curing technologies.

Roles include operating and maintaining equipment, performing pre-lining prep, and working in a mobile team across regional and national sites. Excellent safety standards are expected, with opportunities for progression to lead roles.

Qualifications

• Direct trenchless pipe lining/drain rehab experience preferred.
• Valid UK Driving License; C1/Trailer/BE or Class 2 HGV advantageous.
• CSCS Card required; EUSR Water Hygiene and Confined Space preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationally and stay away from home on weekly shifts.
• Strong practical mechanical problem-solving and a reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pipe lining equipment, high-pressure water jetters, winches and curing units.
• Prepare sites, perform CCTV survey assists, and robotic cutting/preparing.
• Execute resin wet-outs, liner inversions, pull-ins and curing processes.
• Work with a mobile team across regional and national sites within planned windows.
• Maintain strict safety standards in confined spaces and comply with environmental/site rules.
