Job summary

Adler and Allan in Essex and Suffolk is seeking a Team Leader to head a trenchless rehabilitation crew. You will manage on-site teams, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while delivering utility infrastructure projects in water and utilities sectors.

The role requires hands-on trenchless experience, leadership ability, and a strong focus on risk assessment, coordination, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in robotic cutting.
• CSCS registration and EUSR SHEA (Water).
• SWQR units 001-007 & 009.
• Emergency First Aid at Work Level 2 (minimum).
• Proven leadership in utilities/energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site teams for safe, compliant project delivery.
• Plan and coordinate future works and site activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and brief teams on controls.
• Inspect and certify plant, equipment and materials on site.
• Record works and report accidents or near misses.
• Promote sustainable working practices and professionalism.
