Invisiblebraces4u (IB4U) Mottingham is hiring a Treatment Coordinator / Dental Nurse to join our high-performing team. This part-time role covers Sundays, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, at our Mottingham practice.

You will guide patients through the journey, book follow-ups, and assist dentists as required. You do not need to be a qualified Dental Nurse, but it is highly desirable; a sales/lead generation background is welcome.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Treatment/Patient Coordinator role is desirable.
• Dental Nurse experience is desirable but not essential.
• Sales/lead generation background with drive to progress is welcome.
• Confidently discuss treatment options with patients and provide information to support uptake.

Responsibilities

• Lead patients through the established patient journey and support treatment conversion.
• Book follow-up appointments, check-ins, and assist with finance applications.
• Provide high-quality dental nursing support when required by dentists, hygienists or therapists.
• Support Invisalign dentistry, including patient scans, attachment fittings and follow-up assessments.
• Ensure excellent service, quality of care, and delivery aligned with company targets and mission.
• Provide guidance to the wider practice team to enhance performance and knowledge.
• Drive income targets for the practice through lead management and conversion skills.

Invisiblebraces4u (IB4U) are currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator/Dental Nurse to join us at our practice in Mottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join an already high-performing practice team in a rapidly growing business.

You will be joining a fantastic team of clinicians, led by our founders, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. As the business continues to expand, there will also be extensive progression opportunities available.

Please note you do not need to be a qualified Dental Nurse to apply for this position, however it is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Leading patients through our well established patient journey - offering treatments and ensuring we have strong patient conversion rates in the practice
• Ensuring a smooth patient journey process, booking in follow up appointments, completing check-ins and supporting with finance applications
• If required, to perform high quality dental nursing support assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures in a safe and effective manner
• If required, supporting all aspects of Invisalign Dentistry, completing patient scans, attachment fittings and follow up assessments
• Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
• Providing support and direction to the wider practice team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
• Plan & driving income targets for the practice through the utilisation of lead management and conversion skills
• Ensuring practice & patient journey compliance

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• A candidate with prior experience in a Treatment / Patient Coordinator capacity is highly desirable for this position
• A candidate with prior experience working as a Dental Nurse is not essential, but also highly desirable for this position
• We are also open to considering applicants from candidates with a sales/lead generation background who have the drive and ambition to succeed, and a hunger to progress within a new industry
• Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our patients receive a high-end 5 star experience
• Be able to confidently discuss treatment options with patients, adopting an influencing approach and providing them with a wealth of information to support treatment uptake
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential as training is provided
• DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
