Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Treasury Systems Analyst for their Group Treasury team in Central London. This full-time role offers a hybrid working model. Responsibilities include managing the global Treasury Management System and banking connectivity, supporting cash pooling projects, and collaborating on banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a Treasury function and expertise in Treasury Management Systems and SWIFT messaging.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Treasury function within Financial Services or Insurance.
  • Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems and SWIFT MT/MX messaging.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to deliver accurate, time-sensitive reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global online banking systems and TMS, ensuring data integrity and resolving errors.
  • Administer user access rights across regions with regular reviews.
  • Drive initiatives to centralise banking processes into a global TMS with SWIFT bureau connectivity.
  • Implement new TMS functionality and integrate with ERP/GL systems.
  • Support cash pooling projects, including end-to-end testing and CAMT053 statement mock-ups.
  • Collaborate on banking connectivity for Open Banking, APIs, and digital asset tokenisation.
  • Monitor dashboards for connectivity issues and act as point of contact for static data and payment queries.
  • Liaise with internal IT and external banking partners globally to ensure smooth operations.
