As a Treasury Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel revenue opportunities across the Office of the CFO (oCFO), with a strong focus on Treasury and Risk solutions. You'll act as a subject matter expert (SME), partnering closely with the direct sales team to qualify opportunities and accelerate pipeline development for FIS Treasury applications. This role is ideal for a proactive, client-focused professional with deep treasury expertise and a passion for fintech innovation.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Support EMEA Corporate Sales teams in identifying and qualifying treasury opportunities.
- Attend client meetings, deliver product insights, and present industry trends to C-level stakeholders.
- Train and enable sellers to position FIS Treasury solutions effectively.
- Align with Business Unit stakeholders to ensure strategic focus on target markets.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline generation and "road to home" metrics.
- Influence product roadmap by identifying market needs and gaps.
- Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams to shape messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
- Support product launches and define addressable markets.
- Qualify opportunities to Stage 4 and ensure smooth transition to presales and direct sales teams.
- Maintain accurate opportunity records in FIS CRM systems.
Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Treasury-either within a corporate treasury team, banking environment, or fintech vendor.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and treasury ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level executives and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience shaping market-facing messaging and positioning.
Broad knowledge of Corporate Treasury Solutions and working capital ecosystems.
- Fluency in additional languages (e.g., German, French).
- Background in one or more of the following:
- Corporate Treasury (Manager/Director/Treasurer)
- Bank Treasury or Client-Facing Treasury Specialist
- Big Four Treasury Advisory (Manager/Director/Partner)
- Treasury Technology Vendor (Pre-Sales or Solution Consulting)
