Job summary

Elp Consult in London invites applications for a permanent, onsite Treasury settlements role. You will support timely settlement and reporting for the Bank’s Treasury operations, maintaining static data in back-office systems and handling queries from internal and external counterparties.

The role includes governance of reporting under EMIR and MiFID/MiFID II, and assisting with ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English language (writing and speaking) required.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills for daily operations and reporting.
• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise with departments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
• Accurate reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties for the bank and act as agent under service level agreement.
• Support settlement processes for Treasury operations and liaise with counterparties.
• Maintain static data in back-office systems and manage reporting.
• Resolve settlement issues and escalate where needed; liaise with management.
• Assist with AML/CASS compliance and audit trail requirements.
• Contribute to project implementations and process improvements.
