Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup in Leeds seeks a Treasury Manager to own risk frameworks for counterparty credit and liquidity across client cash portfolios. You will act as Treasury Dealer when needed, place deposits, and maintain controls under policy and FCA and regulatory limits.

You will lead risk analyses, forecast cashflow, and report to senior stakeholders while supporting AI tooling and the Treasury Management System upgrade.

Qualifications

• Proven Treasury experience and risk management capability.
• Experience managing Counterparty Credit Risk and/or Liquidity Risk.
• Experience in cashflow forecasting in a Treasury context.
• Experience placing deposits and Treasury dealing within policy and regulatory limits.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with modelling ability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (modelling, scenario tools, data manipulation).
• Experience forecasting interest income or similar metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Willingness to cover full team responsibilities like dealing when required.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the framework for Counterparty Credit Risk and Liquidity Risk across the client cash portfolio.
• Design, run, and interpret risk analysis and scenario modelling.
• Perform cashflow forecasting to support liquidity risk management.
• Monitor risk exposures against internal risk appetite and escalate as needed.
• Develop an understanding of drivers of counterparty credit and liquidity risk.
