Job summary

Brewer Morris is seeking a Treasury Projects Manager to drive transformation initiatives within a corporate treasury setting. The role leads projects from inception to implementation, coordinating across finance, treasury, technology, and banking partners.

You will oversee TMS implementations, cash pooling design, banking migrations, and governance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, immediately available, UK-based, and capable of guiding multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering treasury-related projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of TMS platforms and treasury operations.
• Experience with cash management, liquidity structures, and banking connectivity.
• Demonstrated success leading banking migrations and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver treasury projects from inception through to implementation.
• Manage Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations and upgrades.
• Support the design and implementation of cash pooling structures.
• Deliver banking migrations and broader banking relationship projects.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive project governance, timelines, risk management, and reporting.
