Job description

Across the business, the Senior Treasury Manager will assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long‑term plans and plays a key role in how we scale. You’ll support key treasury activities, focusing on capital as we expand features and footprint, assess our capital and liquidity position, manage market risks (FX, interest rates, credit), own treasury procedures, and collaborate with tech teams to enhance reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Forecast Revolut’s balance sheet and PnL positions.
• Drive capital optimisation strategies and decisions.
• Assess the capital treatment of new products and derive returns on equity.
• Enhance and build out capital management and allocation frameworks.
• Manage group capital plans and review subsidiary plans.
• Support business decision‑making and associated capital actions.
• Perform regular capital forecasts and assess ongoing capital adequacy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of capital regulation requirements and risk management.
• Understand and interpret regulatory requirements in relation to safeguarding.
• Liaise with Product Owners as part of the new product launch process.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in treasury management focusing on capital or similar in a financial institution or fintech.
• Proven ability to build and/or enhance processes.
• Familiarity with Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR).
• Knowledge of UK banking regulations (Delegated Act, etc.).
• Deep capital knowledge (PRA Rulebook, CRR).
• Understanding of capital risk.
• Track record of contributing analysis and explaining decisions to senior management.
• Great problem‑solving skills to break down complex issues, identify root cause and create elegant solutions.
• Solid understanding of treasury concepts.
• Fluency in English.
• Nice to have: accounting knowledge, experience in forecasting/modelling, CFA/ACCA/ACA and/or CertBALM qualification.
