Job summary

Lotus Cars Limited, Hethel, Norfolk, England, seeks a Treasury Manager to lead cash management, liquidity, and treasury operations across UK and EU entities. The role partners with Group Treasury and internal Finance teams to ensure strong controls, accurate reporting, and effective funding.

Hybrid role requiring on-site presence at the Hethel plant three days per week. Experience in multi-entity treasury environments, strong analytical skills and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid treasury and cash management experience, ideally multi-entity.
• Knowledge of liquidity management, intercompany funding, and controls.
• Experience forecasting cash flow and analysing movements.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management across functions and regions.
• Beneficial: treasury/ERP systems such as SAP and VAT/tax understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash management and liquidity for UK and EU entities.
• Lead treasury operations, funding, and intercompany settlements.
• Act as regional contact for Group Treasury and FX monitoring.
• Manage day-to-day banking relationships and controls.
• Support tax compliance and treasury reporting for filings.
• Drive process improvements in treasury controls and systems.
