Job summary

Redfield Industrial plc in the United Kingdom seeks a treasury professional to lead the group’s rolling cash flow forecast, manage banking relationships, and oversee FX hedging in line with policy.

You will support covenant reporting to lenders, drive treasury system improvements and automate processes, and work in a hybrid setup with three days in the office. Candidates typically have 5+ years in treasury, AMCT preferred, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in treasury or corporate finance, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing group.
• AMCT qualification preferred or in progress.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with a TMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the group's rolling cash flow forecast across UK and EU entities.
• Manage day-to-day banking relationships and facility utilisation.
• Monitor and hedge FX exposure in line with treasury policy.
• Support quarterly covenant compliance reporting to lenders.
• Assist with treasury system improvements and process automation.
