The Luxion Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic Treasury & Finance Operations Manager to oversee and elevate our core financial operations.

The Role

• You will lead and oversee Treasury, Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable ensuring seamless alignment across these core functions. With a strong focus on governance and compliance, you'll implement and uphold robust financial controls and processes.
• You will be responsible of Luxion Group's cash flow and accountable for managing liquidity, mitigating financial risk and safeguarding the Group's ability to meet its day-to-day obligations.
• You'll shape long-term finance strategies that provide resilience and drive sustainable growth.

What We're Looking For

• You'll be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with advanced Power BI capabilities and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ideally, you bring leadership experience from the energy sector, along with a strategic mindset and a proven ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Your background in financial modelling and forecasting will be key to developing accurate, forward-looking cash flow strategies.
• As a confident finance leader, you'll inspire your team, influence decision-making, and drive operational excellence across the Group.
