Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a Treasury New Products leader to bridge Product and Treasury, shaping crypto-enabled initiatives and driving end-to-end digital asset strategy across the organisation.

You will own the digital asset roadmap, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and expand understanding of Checkout’s core infrastructure to ensure seamless fiat and digital asset integration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with crypto wallets or digital assets ecosystems.
• Treasury/Finance change management or product management exposure with complex payments knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking with proactive problem-solving approach.
• Clear verbal and written communication of technical concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Treasury to review crypto-related product opportunities from the Treasury perspective.
• Serve as primary liaison for Product teams with Treasury SMEs.
• Translate treasury and risk requirements into actionable product requirements.
• Lead digital asset native treasury initiatives and modernise tooling and infrastructure.
• Ensure operational readiness and robust data flows before product launches.
