What You\'ll Do

• As a Treasury Client Services Representative, you will: Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client inquiries across various market segments and regions, handling multiple countries and languages.
• Manage investigations and resolutions related to specific products such as payments, trade, and other banking services.
• Provide functional support to internal clients by collecting data and preparing reports for AML/KYC compliance information.
• Deliver day-to-day servicing support to the Treasury Services Relationship Management team, ensuring a positive client experience for both existing and potential new clients.
