Job summary

Intertek is seeking a finance professional to join the Group Treasury team in a role focused on cash management and treasury operations. You’ll support cash forecasting, bank payments, and reconciliations while collaborating with Finance colleagues and banking partners across the business.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or Business, progress toward ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AMCT, strong Excel skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Willing to study towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AMCT accounting/treasury qualification.
• Strong Excel skills with financial data handling.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
• Well organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate Group cash flow forecasts and monitor daily liquidity.
• Process domestic and international treasury payments accurately.
• Perform daily reconciliations between bank statements and the TMS.
• Prepare treasury reporting and supporting schedules for month-end close.
• Support bank account administration and banking mandates.
• Maintain treasury records to support reporting and audit needs.
• Ensure compliance with treasury controls and regulatory requirements.
• Assist treasury projects focused on process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with Group and Regional Finance teams and banking partners.
