Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Fridays 8:30 – 16:00, who doesn’t love an early finish on a Friday?!

Your Duties Will Include:
  • Post daily bank positing for the various entities – ensuring accuracy and timeliness of postings
  • Review and investigate, if necessary, post daily intercompany postings for the various entities – ensuring accuracy and timeliness of postings
  • Ensure group BACs, Chaps and ad hoc payments executed daily – ensuring precision and timeliness
  • Manage and develop the expenses process for the Group. Ensure that expense claims align to policy and investigate all issues
  • Be the Technical Expert for forecasting for the entity you manage – ensure continual development of cashflow forecasting process. Investigate cash flow forecasts variances
  • Review and audit accounts to ensure that all transactions are accurately posted. This involves consulting with the rest of the Finance team for resolving any reconciliation issues
  • Support the Head of Treasury
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
  • Accounting and finance knowledge
  • Part qualified AAT / ACCA / CIMA / have accounting or finance degree
  • Minimum 1 year finance environment work experience
  • Good Excel skills and a passion for data accuracy, structure, and insight
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive mindset and effective team player.
  • Can do attitude - able to support process and systems transformation projects.
