Job Description
- Support the daily cash management process, including payments for debt, derivatives, deposits, and FX transactions
- Maintain and update the Treasury Management System (currently City Financials), including data input, transaction recording, and report generation
- Assist with onboarding and compliance for banking counterparties, including KYC reviews and authorised signatory updates
- Prepare and maintain documentation for facility and loan compliance (e.g., directors' certificates, covenant calculations, and supporting schedules)
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects across systems, reporting, and processes
- Keep accurate and organised documentation, such as reconciliations, checklists, and procedure manuals
- Ensure full adherence to the Group Treasury Policy and internal controls
- Provide general administrative support to the wider Treasury team as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Treasury Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in a treasury, accounting, or finance role within a relevant industry.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail and accountability for your work
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple workstreams
- A collaborative and proactive team player
- Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset
