About Our Client

Job Description
  • Support the daily cash management process, including payments for debt, derivatives, deposits, and FX transactions
  • Maintain and update the Treasury Management System (currently City Financials), including data input, transaction recording, and report generation
  • Assist with onboarding and compliance for banking counterparties, including KYC reviews and authorised signatory updates
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for facility and loan compliance (e.g., directors' certificates, covenant calculations, and supporting schedules)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects across systems, reporting, and processes
  • Keep accurate and organised documentation, such as reconciliations, checklists, and procedure manuals
  • Ensure full adherence to the Group Treasury Policy and internal controls
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider Treasury team as required

A successful Treasury Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in a treasury, accounting, or finance role within a relevant industry.
