A luxury support service provider is seeking a Travelling Butler to assist a VIP businessman. The role involves managing schedules, ensuring smooth communications, and providing personal assistance during extensive travels worldwide. Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a private household, luxury service, or hospitality role is desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the daily schedule and coordinating appointments.
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, ensuring smooth communication and discretion at all times.
  • Unpacking and organising luggage and personal items.
  • Preparing teas, coffees, and other refreshments.
  • Ordering food deliveries and overseeing dining arrangements.
  • Setting up virtual meetings (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
  • Liaising with travel staff, drivers, and hotel personnel.

Travelling Butler to VIP - £55,000 – £75,000

Location: UK or Europe (flexible)

Start Date: ASAP (will wait for notice period)

An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a Travelling Butler to support an international VIP businessman and philanthropist.

The successful candidate will act as the principal’s right hand while travelling, accompanying him on every flight and ensuring all movements, meetings and logistics run seamlessly. You will travel globally for up to eight months of the year, providing exceptional personal assistance and professional service throughout.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the daily schedule and coordinating appointments
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, ensuring smooth communication and discretion at all times
  • Unpacking and organising luggage and personal items
  • Preparing teas, coffees, and other refreshments
  • Ordering food deliveries and overseeing dining arrangements
  • Setting up virtual meetings (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • Liaising with travel staff, drivers, and hotel personnel

Trips typically last up to six weeks at a time, followed by two to three weeks of downtime when the principal is at home.

  • Must hold a UK, EU, or US passport

  • Naturally patient, intuitive and kind
