Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Experience in using NEC3 Contracts is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.

Responsibilities

• Measure, record & value work in accordance with appropriate rules.
• Provide input to tenders and manage supply chain.
• Prepares and negotiates claims and valuations.
