A leading automation solutions provider is seeking a Field Service Representative in the UK to focus on controls engineering. This role involves programming PLC and PC systems, troubleshooting equipment at customer sites, and working independently or as part of a team. The position requires substantial travel (50 to 75% per month) to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

• A minimum of four years of experience in a hands-on automation/controls environment.
• 3+ years of programming experience with PLCs and HMIs.
• Excellent understanding of pneumatic and electrical controls systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and program software for customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot controls and electrical equipment at customer facilities.
• Travel to customer sites for support.
