🕘 Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
💷 Salary: £28K-£30K, depending on experience

The Role

As a Travel Trade Associate, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering exceptional travel experiences for clients and partners. You'll liaise with travel agents, suppliers, and event organisers to ensure every aspect of each booking runs smoothly and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination

  • Manage incoming travel agent enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with clients to design tailored travel packages that meet their specific needs and preferences

Booking and Reservations

  • Coordinate and confirm bookings for sports and entertainment events, accommodation, transportation, and related travel services
  • Ensure all reservations align with client specifications, budgets, and quality standards

Destination Knowledge

  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of key travel destinations, particularly those linked to major sporting and concert events
  • Provide informed recommendations and insights to enhance client travel experiences

Cost Analysis and Negotiation

  • Research and negotiate competitive rates and deals with travel suppliers and partners
  • Analyse costs to maximise value, profitability, and client satisfaction
