Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Travel & Tourism Lecturer/Trainer for a part-time role at an established FE College in Loughborough. You will deliver teaching and practical sessions in Travel & Tourism, assess apprentices and provide coaching to help learners reach their qualifications.

The role is 22.5 hours per week, on-site, with a rolling 3-month contract. Candidates with FE/industry experience and an Enhanced DBS check will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality teaching in Travel & Tourism
• Experience delivering training, lecturing or assessing apprentices is advantageous
• Ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
• Experience in FE college or similar environment preferred

3 months Rolling Contract

Are you an experienced Travel & Tourism Lecturer, Trainer or looking for your next immediately available contract role, working in a renowned FE College on a rolling contract?

Do you have experience working within further education, apprenticeships, or technical training, or are you an experienced Travel & Tourism professional looking to showcase your skillset and pass on your knowledge to the next generation of engineers?

You’ll support apprentices and learners working towards their qualifications by delivering high-quality teaching, carrying out workplace assessments, providing coaching and mentoring, and helping learners achieve their full potential.

This role would suit someone with previous Training/ Lecturing experience who is looking for a position within a well-established college.

The Role:

The Person:

• Qualified in Travel & Tourism or a related discipline
• Current or previous industry experience working in relevant industries
• Teaching qualification (desirable)
• Experience delivering training, lecturing, or assessing apprentices is advantageous
• Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
