Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience using a GDS.
  • Strong knowledge of air fares, ticketing, re-issues, and refunds.
  • Customer obsessed with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for customer queries via email, calls, and live chat.
  • Bring back client feedback and insights for product improvement.
  • Support reconciliation, ADM management, and new team member training.
  • Build relationships with travellers and travel sellers.
  • Act as escalation point for the Outsource Team.
  • May be required to work some weekends.

Skills
