We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead, develop, and motivate a small team of travel consultants — ranging from seasoned experts to those new to the industry. You’ll inspire confidence, nurture talent, and help the team deliver outstanding tailor‑made holidays that delight our clients and drive our growth.

THE ROLE

As Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead and support a team of travel consultants to reach and exceed sales targets.
  • Coach and mentor team members at all levels — helping new starters grow and experienced consultants excel.
  • Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Identify training needs and deliver or coordinate ongoing development.
  • Enhance sales processes to ensure efficiency and an outstanding client experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure smooth handovers and seamless holidays.
  • Contribute to recruitment and onboarding as the team grows.

ABOUT YOU

  • A natural coach or mentor, passionate about developing people and helping them succeed.
  • Commercially aware, confident in managing KPIs and driving performance.
  • Client‑focused, with a deep understanding of consultative, relationship‑based sales.
  • Collaborative and approachable, able to bring out the best in others.
  • Previous sales management experience is ideal — but if you’re a Senior Travel Consultant or Team Leader ready for the next step, and you have extensive tailor‑made travel experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Modern office in central Shoreham‑by‑Sea (5 minutes to rail and bus links). Working 2 days at home per week is an option. However, new employees would need to commit to being full‑time in the office for the first 2 months.
