About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive B2B travel sales and business growth across the Manchester region.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong network within the travel trade community.

This role involves frequent client meetings, relationship management, and developing long-term partnerships with travel agents and agencies.

You will represent a global travel technology platform that enables seamless hotel bookings, travel services, and B2B partnerships across destinations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market reach and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B travel agents and partners.
  • Generate new business opportunities and partnerships across the assigned region.
  • Provide training, support, and product demonstrations to travel partners on platform usage.
  • Follow up with clients on inquiries, quotations, and business proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and support teams to ensure excellent client service.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry (B2B preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of outbound destinations, hotels, and travel agency operations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and online travel platforms.
  • Valid UK driving license and ability to travel locally to meet clients.
  • Knowledge of local travel trade and regional markets.

  • Work Type : Remote with 80% field travel (meeting 4–5 clients per day).
  • Notice Period : Up to 30 days.
  • Interview Process : 2 rounds (VP Sales + HR).
  • Reporting To : VP Sales (Dubai).
