A recruitment agency is seeking a Travel Sales Executive to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have significant travel industry experience and a proven sales track record. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £24k, with an additional £10k OTE, and a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, delivering exceptional service, and achieving sales targets.
Specialising in holidays for a dedicated market, our client takes their guests to all four corners of the world and offers unique, hand-picked itineraries to European and Worldwide destinations, cruise holidays, city breaks, ski, golf, adventure travel and much more!
As a Travel Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for representing our client's brand by delivering excellent customer, listening to your customers' needs to ensure they select the right product and helping to attract new customers to their award winning product.
Previous travel sales experience is essential for the position, along with an empathetic approach and the ability to communicate confidently with people of all levels. In return, our client can offer a competitive salary of up to £24k, plus excellent earning potential, circa £10k OTE. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am – 5.30pm with one Saturday per month. They offer hybrid working, with three days in their smart, centrally located Birmingham office based and two from home.
