Job summary

NQA, part of the Kiwa UK Group, is seeking a Regional Assessor based in Leicestershire to deliver accredited assessments to clients through scheduled site visits. The role requires technical and administrative skills, plus strong customer service to ensure quality and compliance.

This remote position involves frequent travel. You'll assess client management systems against ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, and prepare reports with recommendations for certificates.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 requirements
• Ability to assess against more than one management standard
• Health & Safety background
• Excellent communication and report writing skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver accredited assessments meeting set annual targets
• Assess client management systems for compliance with ISO standards
• Perform timely client assessments in line with visit schedules
• Provide feedback to clients and submit visit reports with recommendations
• Ensure assessments, surveillance and recertification comply with NQA requirements
• Adhere to Health & Safety policy and manage business risks
