Job description

An excellent opportunity to join an established and growing travel company, who are recruiting for an experienced Travel Manager to join their team based near Northampton. This role involves supporting and developing a small team of travel consultants, planning, and delivering training, completing one-to-ones and also supporting with any complex booking enquiries. This role offers a salary £30-35k plus benefits and will be working Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm and will either be fully office based or hybrid working.

Travel Manager – Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of travel consultants to achieve and exceed sales and service targets.
  • Drive exceptional customer service standards across the team.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and results.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with company objectives.
Travel Manager – Skills & Experience Required
