The Role

A highly respected law firm in Manchester is seeking a talented Travel Litigation Lawyer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or fee earner with at least 2 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) to develop their expertise in a niche and rewarding area of personal injury law.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of international travel litigation files
• Drafting legal documents and handling court procedures
• Liaising with clients, third parties, and international agents
• Negotiating settlements and progressing cases to resolution
• Providing a high level of client care

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience in personal injury litigation
• Background in EL/PL litigation also considered
• Strong knowledge of the litigation process and ability to run files independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
