Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Craig, CO. The role requires 1 year of CT experience, with 12-hour days and 36 hours per week. Travel status and agency pay are included.

You will perform CT imaging, prepare patients, and ensure images are accurate for physicians. ARRT CT and R certifications, BLS, and state licensing as required are needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of CT experience.
• BLS, ARRT (CT) and ARRT (R) certifications are required.
• State licensing when required.
• Experience with travel assignments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain imaging procedures.
• Position patients for CT scans and operate CT equipment.
• Capture diagnostic images and ensure image quality.
• Administer radiocontrast agents as needed.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.
• Follow radiation safety procedures.
• Maintain patient records and use McKesson PACS.
• Coordinate with physicians for interpretation.
