Description
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with travel policies and budgetary guidelines.
  • Reporting and processing credit card transactions.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external providers to confirm bookings.
  • Handle related queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all activities.
  • Monitor and report on travel expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
  • Stay updated on travel regulations and provide advice as needed.
  • Support other administrative tasks within the Secretarial & Business Support department as required.
Profile
  • Previous experience in travel coordination or a related role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • A proactive approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector is advantageous but not essential.
