Location: Orsett
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm in the office
Salary: Competitive (DOE)
About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Travel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of travel arrangements for employees, ensuring smooth and cost-effective travel experiences. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel for employees.
  • Be proactive in identifying upcoming projects and sourcing reasonable, high‑quality accommodation options in advance.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
  • Negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best rates and services.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and provide timely updates to travellers.
  • Handle last‑minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel needs.
  • Maintain accurate travel records and expense reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to travellers.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in travel coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of visa requirements and international travel regulations is a plus.
