We’re recruiting for a Travel Consultant and Team Co‑ordinator to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.

Join our dynamic Distribution Team as a Travel Consultant & Team Co‑Ordinator, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional travel and coordination services across our Asset Management division. This is a varied and engaging role that offers the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with a wider team to support business growth, governance, and operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Organising and managing travel arrangements for domestic and international business trips
• Coordinating logistics for events and meetings, including venue sourcing and supplier liaison
• Reviewing and processing invoices and purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Supporting the maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan in collaboration with Governance
• Leading and developing a Travel Assistant through coaching, performance reviews and recruitment
• Ensuring compliance with travel policies and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Assisting with wider business management activities such as project delivery and data governance
• Acting as a point of contact for travel-related queries and providing expert advice to stakeholders
