Job summary

A domestic abuse support organization is seeking a passionate Support Worker to contribute significantly to the healing journeys of children affected by domestic abuse. Based mainly from home with travel across Oxfordshire, the position requires a solid understanding of domestic abuse and its impact. Flexible full-time and part-time options are available. Qualifications

• Good understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on children.
• Experience with vulnerable parents and/or children preferred.
• Interest in working with children affected by domestic abuse.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments to understand the needs of families.
• Deliver group work for children and parents.
• Provide outreach support to families.
• Conduct 1-2-1 sessions for those in need.
