Qualifications

• Essential: Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy.
• Essential: Current HCPC registration.
• Essential: Postgraduate training in specialist area.
• Essential: Clinical leadership training/experience.
• Essential: CPD for Major Trauma, Orthopaedic and Respiratory Physiotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Therapy team across the Trauma and Orthopaedic service.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to staff and students.
• Coordinate planning, delivery and evaluation of a high-quality therapy service.
• Contribute to service development and audit activities.
