• Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Youth Work, Mental Health, or similar.
• Experience working with children/young people aged 11–25.
• Understanding of SEMH and trauma-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Supporting a lead teacher to deliver tailored lessons.
• Planning community-based learning experiences.
• Conducting home visits and assessments.

Experience working directly with children/young people
