Job summary

Randstad Education is hiring for a temporary SEMH role in Littlehampton, with a view to a permanent position after a 12-week probation. The position is term-time, running Monday to Thursday 08:30-15:30 and Friday 08:30-15:00, with September start.

Salary includes a daily rate of £89-£100 (£23,000 per annum after probation) and a clear progression. Requirements include an Enhanced DBS, recent experience in mental health/crisis support or youth justice, English and Maths GCSE grade 4/C, a driving

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in mental health, crisis support, or youth justice.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or higher.
• A driving licence and access to a car due to the campus location.
• Trauma-informed approach to learning and support.
• Willingness to provide personal care.
