Job summary

Randstad Care is seeking dedicated foster carers to join our network and provide trauma-informed care to vulnerable children through respite, emergency, and long-term placements. If you have a background in health, education, or social care, your expertise will help create stability in a child’s life.

You will work with a team of therapists and social care professionals, maintain a safe home, engage in ongoing professional development, and have access to 24/7 support resources.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a suitable, permanent spare bedroom in your residence.
• Full-time UK residency or indefinite leave to remain.
• Demonstrable experience in health, social care, education, nursing, or youth work.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, trauma-informed care tailored to the individual needs of the child.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of therapists and social care professionals to ensure ongoing development.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing home environment that promotes stability and well-being.
• Participate in continuous professional development and clinical training.
• Utilise 24/7 support resources to navigate challenges effectively.
