Job summary

Easton Coach Company LLC in Reading, PA is seeking a full-time Transportation Dispatcher to support drivers, coordinate live trips, and ensure safe, efficient service. Excellent English skills are required along with a clean driving record and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Preference is given to candidates who are bilingual in English/Spanish and who can work evenings and weekends. DOT physical and drug test will be required as part of the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dispatch hotline: answer calls, record messages, and log all call details accurately
• Serve as the primary contact for drivers during active routes
• Collect and communicate information regarding accidents, incidents, emergencies, or vehicle issues
• Distribute keys and tablets; check driver readiness, uniforms, and document activity in the dispatch log
• Support safe, on-time transportation operations across all routes

Join a fast‑paced transportation operation where you play a critical role in supporting drivers, coordinating live trips, and ensuring safe, efficient service.
