RESPONSIBILITIES – TRANSPORT TEAM MANAGER

• Assist with the smooth running of a busy transport department by effective management
• Full Driver Management including Pre‑shift/debrief
• Conducting performance reviews, investigations and disciplinaries where necessary
• Managing drivers hours ensuring records are accurate in readiness for audits
