Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Inbound Transport, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Internship – 12‑Month Placement (July 2026)

The successful candidate will manage daily tasks within the Supply Chain. This placement provides work experience in the field of Transport management with a global base connection to over 800 suppliers. This is an excellent opportunity to experience the interactions between supplier, customer and internal departments within a global supply chain. The role will be based at both our RRMC Plant Goodwood and our Transport and Logistics Centre giving you a first‑hand experience of our processes.

What awaits you?

• Responsible for updating Transport Service Provider performance reports (monthly inbound).
• Material delivery queries and tracking.
• Emergency delivery administration and tracking to ensure on‑time parts delivery.
• To report transport related haulier claims including transport damages and missing parts.
• Process analysis, monitoring, and improvement.
• Inbound transport (DLSS) system administration.
• Support network strategy implementation to ensure transport providers are adequately prepared for new and potentially challenging supply chains.
• Project Management.

What should you bring along?

• Studying towards a Business orientated degree, and on track to achieving a 2:2or above.
• Microsoft Office literate, particularly Excel.

• Ability to respond in pressured situations.
• Familiar/experience with data analysis, (Big Data/Analytics), ability to create data bases highly desirable.
