Pay Rate: £39,000 Grade: M Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 Rotational shift pattern 06:00 - 14:15 Location: Morrisons Bridgewater - TA6 4AT

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers.

  • Accountable for delivering a safe, high quality, and customer focused service on shift at all times
  • Training and development of direct reports and colleagues on shift in line with their personal aspirations and the needs of the business
  • Manage operational performance, resource and workload planning on shift to achieve agreed KPI's on productivity, quality and cost
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Hold an International CPC Qualification (desirable)
  • Have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • 3 years experience of leading teams in a complex Retail logistics / Transport environment
  • Demonstrable record of building and developing teams, driving high performance and engaging with colleagues at all levels
