Our Transport team based in Thatcham have an exciting opportunity for a Night Transport Shift Manager where you will ensure the smooth running of transport operations across your night shift.
This role is more than just managing an operation, you will lead and develop your people, driving performance, solving operational challenges and creating a safe, positive and engaging environment where great teams can thrive!
Reporting into the Transport Operations Manager you will take ownership of transport operations ensuring as a team we deliver outstanding services, efficiency and performance at all times. Within this role you will:
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum (DOE) + £6,004 Night Shift Premium
Hours: Nights - Any 4 from 7 - 20:30 PM to 06:00 AM
Location: Gist Limited, Thatcham, Berkshire, RG19 4BQ
