The Role: Transport Planning & Consultancy

You'll be involved in a variety of transport and highways projects, supporting planning applications and shaping development proposals. You'll assist with technical reporting, traffic modelling, and liaising with clients and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing Transport Statements and Traffic Impact Assessments
• Drafting Travel Plans and analysing travel surveys
• Supporting traffic modelling and data analysis
• Producing technical drawings using AutoCAD and GIS
• Conducting site visits and survey coordination
• Reviewing layouts and undertaking visibility/swept path assessments
• Attending client and design team meetings
• Supporting senior consultants and contributing to new project proposals
• Degree-qualified in a relevant field (e.g. Transport, Engineering, Geography)
• 1-3 years of experience in a consultancy or development-based planning role
• Experience with AutoCAD and GIS
• Exposure to visibility assessments, swept path analysis, or layout design
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Team player with a proactive mindset
