Your Role
  • Transport Assessments and Statements
  • Travel Plans and Travel Demand Strategies
  • Site access and layout reviews
  • Masterplan input and feasibility studies
  • Parking and servicing strategies
  • Pre‑application support and planning appeal input
  • Liaising with planning consultants, architects, and local authorities
  • Preparing technical reports and supporting documents for submission
Who We're Looking For
  • 1‑3+ years' experience in development‑related transport planning
  • Understanding of the UK planning system and planning application process
  • Familiarity with TRICS, Junctions 9 (ARCADY/PICADY), LINSIG, AutoCAD
  • Clear, concise technical report writing skills
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative, and commercially aware
  • Degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography, or similar
  • Working toward (or interested in) professional accreditation (CIHT, TPS, ICE)
